Life is so bittersweet.

so many moments of joy mingled with stress, heartache and sorrow.

if only we could capture the simple moments that are sofleeting, ones like watching your two year old eat an ice cream cone on a sunny afternoon, or your 5 year old dressed in her swimsuit and rubber boots playing in the rain, or your 10 year old telling you he loves you, or your 8 year old singing and dancing the with you in the kitchen or the simple days when there is nothing to do but be together. . .

. . . . Then when the storms of life come (and they surely do, for each of us and those we love) the simple moments could be the rainbowlifting & filling your heart and soul with warmth

and

hope.

Where did you find Mr. Schmidt? That's a great song. I love the parts when he sings up higher kind of unexpectedly.

  Tender Mercy 08.14.2019 Our dear friend David Higginson who was a missionary in our Ward a few years before Will got his call was so kind to clear his schedule to meet Will at the SLC airport, take him out for lunch and then drop him off at the MTC. I had the opportunity today to take Will into the MTC today so that he can prepare for his own mission in Scottsdale, AZ. Home sweet Home...the land that I love!

A few pictures for our Idaho friends of Southern Alberta. more wide open spaces wheat field and rainbow The Boehme farm....where we now live The Boehme Farm...at sunset *We moved home to Lethbridge, Alberta Canada on 08.02.2008!* We loaded up the UHAUL on Friday, Aug. 1st, and did all the cleaning in one evening. Thank you to each of you for your help with that crazy day! No one can move on their own and we felt so blessed for all the hands that helped in so many ways. We stayed at the Campbells home overnight (thanks guys for all the memories) and then got up the next morning and were on our way by 9:00am. The trip was long and tiring, but as we crossed the border into Canada I was filled with a wonderful peaceful feeling that the timing was right and that after 5 years of being away. . .we were home to stay.
